DESCRIPTION
The CLSS series DC hot water boiler adopts a water pipe structure. This series of boilers has a compact and reasonable structure, a long operating cycle, and easy installation, maintenance, and operation. Equipped with Italian brand burners and boilers that are fully matched, different brands of combustion engines that meet design requirements can be selected according to supply and demand, and user requirements. Fully automatic program control and interlock protection have high automation and thermal efficiency, meeting user requirements.
Structural characteristics
1) The burner adopts a top burning type, where the flame extends from the top downwards and fully unfolds. The flame process is long and fully burned, and the flue gas undergoes heat transfer through a circular return path. The high flow rate and long process greatly reduce the exhaust gas temperature and improve thermal efficiency. By accelerating the flow rate of the flue gas, the heat absorption capacity is increased, while ensuring the self-cleaning effect of not adhering to cigarette ash.
2) There is sufficient combustion space, high furnace heat intensity, internal radiation tubes and water-cooled walls can effectively absorb radiation heat, and the heat flux intensity of the heating surface is strong.
3) The flue gas is overcome by the back pressure of the combustion engine and discharged into the atmosphere through the chimney. The boiler exhaust gas emissions meet environmental protection requirements.

1. The calorific value of fuel is calculated according to the following standards: diesel calorific value of 42900 KJ/kg (i.e. 10248 kcal/kg), natural gas calorific value of 36000 KJ/Nm ³ (i.e. 8600 kcal/Nm ³), and city gas calorific value of 16000 KJ/Nm ³ (i.e. 3800 kcal/Nm ³)
2. If the gas source is coal gas, please provide the calorific value of the gas, the range of gas supply pressure, and altitude when placing an order.
3. The fuel consumption is the consumption at full load of the boiler, and the actual consumption will vary depending on the operating conditions.
